Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined individual to enter a direct outside sales role in Kentucky. No prior sales required; training provided. You will target small and medium businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers, to promote supplemental insurance products.

You will interact with various stakeholders and occasionally present to groups of 50 to 100+. Responsibilities include lead generation in Salesforce, scheduling meetings, and building a client portfolio

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience, with relevant sales or athletic background considered if within 6 months of degree completion.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
