Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative for an outside, territory-based role. This is an independent contractor position with freedom over your schedule and how you build your business in-market.

You'll learn to present benefit options clearly, build long-term relationships, and guide people through their coverage choices. Training, licensing support, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Entry-level outside sales role with a focus on in-person meetings.
• No prior insurance experience required – training provided.
• Must be coachable, energetic and able to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals and build your own book of business.
• Work with mentor to set weekly and monthly goals.
