Job summary

Allegiant Business Group is seeking an entry-level Sales Representative for a local-territory, face-to-face role. You will meet business owners and employees in person, present benefit options, and build long-term relationships.

This independent contractor position offers scheduling freedom and a results-based pay model with licensing support. You'll learn the sales playbook, receive ongoing coaching, and have opportunities for advancement while earning commission-based pay and potential weekly

• Ability to manage time and build a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals and follow up on leads to grow your book of business.
• Work with mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
