Allegiant Business Group is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to cover local territory in face-to-face client meetings. This outside sales role is independent contractor, offering schedule freedom and the chance to build your own book of business.

You will learn to present benefit options clearly, qualify prospects, and guide clients through coverage choices, with training, licensing support within 90 days, and ongoing coaching to grow your field sales career.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor role with flexible schedule.

• No prior insurance experience required — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend company-set appointments and meet decision-makers in person.
• Deliver clear, friendly benefit presentations to groups and individuals.
• Help clients choose coverage and support them through follow-up and claims guidance.
• Track activity, leads, and client info in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Prospect for referrals, follow up on leads, and build your own book of business.
• Work with your mentor and manager to set weekly and monthly goals.
• Report activity and celebrate wins with the team.
