Job summary

Alleviation is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside direct sales professional to cover a dedicated territory. You will learn to promote top supplemental insurance products to small and mid-sized businesses, meeting with owners and decision-makers, and presenting to groups of 50–100+ when needed.

We provide comprehensive classroom and field training, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth. A driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with license reimbursement

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation needed.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant sales/athletic background accepted if close to degree completion.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to cultivate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with your team.
