Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined individual to join our outside direct sales team. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training and ongoing support, with a focus on selling supplemental insurance products to small and medium businesses and their employees.

You will meet owners and decision-makers, deliver product presentations, and grow your own client portfolio within your territory. We emphasize discipline, resilience, and adaptability as key traits.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with training provided and licensing fees reimbursed.
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs of potential and existing clients.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; submit it to the manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
