Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined individual to enter the dynamic field of sales. This entry-level, outside direct sales role trains you to engage business owners and decision-makers, promoting supplemental insurance products.

You will meet 50–100+ attendees and build a growing client portfolio across your territory. Expect a comprehensive training program, ongoing support, and a pathway to leadership through performance-based promotions.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
