Qualifications

• Background check clearance required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (course provided and fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school experience in sales or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Utilize our Salesforce CRM to curate leads and build your client base.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Meet with sales manager and team for calls and strategy sessions.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Build and maintain your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily activities and sales updates.
