You will meet with business owners and decision-makers across industries, promote supplemental insurance products, and build your own client portfolio with support from comprehensive training and a structured territory.

This role emphasizes discipline, resilience, and the ability to schedule meetings, respond to inquiries, and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with <4 years of relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales team manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule; submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
