Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious, entry-level direct sales professional to cover a dedicated territory. You will be trained to identify and engage small and mid-sized businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products for employees and businesses.

You will work with a supportive sales team, using Salesforce to manage leads, schedule meetings, and track progress.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with comprehensive training provided.
• No prior sales experience required but appreciated.
• Pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and expand your portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
