Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious, self-disciplined individual to join our outside direct sales team. No prior sales required, though welcomed; we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support for newcomers and experienced sales pros alike.

As an entry-level role focused on your dedicated territory, you will introduce supplemental insurance products to small and medium businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers, and presenting to groups of 50–100+ when needed.

Qualifications

• High-level pre-employment background check is required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (candidates close to degree will be considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
