Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level outside direct sales professional for a dedicated sales territory. You’ll be trained to engage business owners, benefits managers, and employees, promoting supplemental insurance products and services.

You’ll conduct presentations for groups and build your own client portfolio. You will work with the sales manager and team to hit monthly targets, plan weekly schedules, and record daily activity.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with comprehensive training and support
• Requires dedication, resilience, adaptability and the ability to overcome challenges
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation preferred

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate and manage client leads and relationships
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners and decision-makers
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with the team
