The role emphasizes relationship-building, cold prospecting, and disciplined planning to grow the book of business while delivering cost-saving value to customers.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel within the designated territory for customer meetings.
• BYOD policy compliance required.
• Must be willing to sign an Employment Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing and prospective customers to promote products and services.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers in the territory to identify opportunities.
• Plan weekly routes and prioritize customer stops to grow the book of business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and communicate value of American-made products.
• Work to meet or exceed sales quotas through company programs and training.
• Input daily sales activities and report cost savings and servicing progress.
