Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and generate sales revenue in a hybrid role.

You will cultivate relationships, prospect new business, plan territory growth, and use our training to exceed quotas, with uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package. The position offers mileage and cell phone reimbursement, medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401k and deferred compensation.

• Ability to travel within the assigned geographic area while maintaining required insurance

Responsibilities

• Relationship management with customers in the territory to identify needs and opportunities.
• Cold calling and prospecting to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly routes and prioritize stops for territory growth.
• Demonstrate products to show value and quality; promote American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through company programs and training.
• Maintain accurate daily sales records and report cost-savings to customers.
