Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products and services, and generate revenue in the assigned territory. The role offers uncapped commissions and a first-year compensation plan ranging from $55,000 to $95,000, plus comprehensive health benefits and a 401k plan.

The position requires relationship management, proactive prospecting, and disciplined planning to grow the book of business and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to move to and from customer locations within assigned territory.
• BYOD policy compliant personal device use.
• Execution of Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibit(s).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong customer relationships in the territory.
• Prospect and cold-call to grow the book of business.
• Plan weekly routes and priorities for territory growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and value of American-made products.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas following established programs.
• Maintain accurate daily sales activity records and report cost-savings to customers.
