Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue in the Las Vegas area. The role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, and meeting sales targets through proven programs.

The ideal candidate will handle territory planning, cold calling, and accurate reporting while enjoying uncapped commissions and a strong benefits package, including health, dental, life, disability, 401(k) and a deferred plan.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel within the territory and maintain insurance requirements.
• Ability to adhere to BYOD policy and company equipment standards.
• Completion of Employment Agreement as provided during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with customers in the territory to identify opportunities.
• Prospect and cold call to grow the book of business and new accounts.
• Plan week ahead to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
• Demonstrate product value and benefits to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas through company programs and training.
• Maintain accurate daily sales activity records in company systems.
