Job summary

Stonhard in Oregon seeks an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B sales growth across construction and industrial markets. You will meet clients in person, manage quotes and orders, and coordinate with installation crews to ensure project progress.

The role offers a base compensation of $70,000–$90,000 with uncapped commissions. Top performers in the range earn well over six figures, with many teammates averaging six figures annually.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of B2B sales experience preferred in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with high flexibility.
• CRM systems experience (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and meeting activity targets for quotes and orders.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce CRM.
• Coordinate installation site work with the Construction Division crews, including occasional weekend/holiday installations.
