Stonhard is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive B2B sales growth in the US market. This role involves in-person client meetings, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating installation site work with our Construction Division.

The position offers a base compensation range plus uncapped commissions; top performers earn well into six figures, with veteran reps averaging over $230K per year. Flexibility to work from a home office is provided when not in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, construction/industrial markets preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills.
• Self-directed, adaptable in a fast-changing environment; reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Drive B2B sales growth through in-person calls and meeting activity goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and close quotes and orders quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in Salesforce.
• Coordinate installation site work with crews, including some weekend/holiday installations.
