Job summary

Roxtec Inc. is seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Representative for the Southwest U.S. Mountain region.

You will own strategic accounts across power generation, solar, wind, and infrastructure, navigating long sales cycles with a consultative approach. This role emphasizes relationship-building with IOUs, co-ops, and energy stakeholders, and requires up to 60% travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, with technical or project sales preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple strategic accounts within the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement customized strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to capture market share in the region.
• Be directly accountable for sales revenue and targets.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and provide technical presentations.
