Job summary

Roxtec Inc. is seeking a driven Territory Sales Representative to own a high-impact Northwest U.S. territory. You will engage utilities, EPC firms, and infrastructure leaders to protect critical systems with Roxtec cable and pipe sealing solutions.

You will manage strategic accounts, influence specifications early, and navigate complex technical sales processes to ensure safety, reliability, and uptime across power, renewables, and grid infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3 years of experience in B2B sales; technical and/or project sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Management: Own and manage multiple strategic accounts within a specific territory, building relationships and driving revenue growth.
• Sales and Revenue Accountability: Directly accountable for sales revenue in the territory and manage budgets and reporting.
• Market Insight and Trends: Stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers; provide technical presentations and training.
