Job summary

Roxtec Inc. is seeking a driven Territory Sales Rep for the Northwest U.S. to own and grow strategic accounts in power transmission and distribution.

In this role, you will target utilities, EPC firms, and infrastructure leaders, driving long-term value and reliability across critical energy systems. You will build relationships with IOUs, co-ops, and EPC partners, navigate complex technical sales cycles, and position Roxtec solutions in mission-critical applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or comparable work experience.
• 3 years of experience in B2B sales; technical and/or project sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage multiple strategic accounts within the territory, focusing on relationship-centric sales.
• Develop and implement customized strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Execute a strategic plan to capture market share across the Northwest U.S. region.
• Be directly accountable for sales revenue and meet targets; manage budgets and reporting.
