Job summary

Sika Corporation is seeking a Territory Sales Rep to lead growth for its insulation business in the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on Seattle. The role involves developing and executing sales plans, building critical relationships with architects, distributors, and general contractors, and driving the full sales cycle from specification to close.

The TSR will coordinate regional activities, identify new market opportunities, and collaborate with Sika sales teams to achieve quotas and margins,

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Five years of sales or related experience in building materials.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% within territory.
• Computer proficiency and ability to write clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to exceed goals and objectives within the Pacific Northwest insulation market.
• Identify and build relationships with architects, distributors, general contractors.
• Coordinate sales activities in region and manage distribution chain from specification to sale.
• Call on end-users, contractors, builders, architects/specifiers, owners and installers to generate demand.
