Sika Corporation is looking to hire a Territory Sales Rep to join its growing team in the Pacific Northwest area for it's insulation business. The TSR will develop and execute sales plans to exceed sales goals and objectives within assigned territory. Identify and build relationships with architects, distributors, and general contractors.Develop and implement specific sales action plans for selected accounts. The candidate needs to have excellent communication, organizational and writing skills, and knowledge about the construction industry. The ideal candidate is located in Seattle, Washington area. This position reports to the Region Sales Manager.

Responsible for driving growth of residential business through specified distribution channels that meet the agreed upon budget and gross marginobjectives.
Coordinate sales activities in region, manage the distribution chain and work withSika salespeopleas a team to coordinate the entire sales cycle from specification throughfinal sale.
Call on end-users, contractors, builders, architects/specifiers,ownersand installers creating a “pull-through” demand,subsequentlyworking with distribution customers to close related sales.

Associates Degree, BA/BS Preferred, or relevant work experience.
Minimum of five years of sales or related experience in the building materials industry.
Well-developed inter-personal, communication, presentation, negotiating, organization and listening skills.
High level of energy and enthusiasm - customer-driven entrepreneurial spirit.
Must be able to travel up to 60% within assigned territory (may vary).
