Job summary

Herc Rentals is hiring a Territory Sales Representative for the Bryan, TX area. The role focuses on identifying and nurturing business relationships, driving revenue growth, and managing the territory through customer visits and proactive sales strategies.

You will develop a client network, tailor sales plans to hit quotas, and collaborate with the team to meet objectives in industrial and equipment markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in industrial/heavy equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management and revenue growth through visits to customer job sites/offices
• Develop a networking list of potential clients and contact them via telephone and internet
• Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve goals
• Maintain and exceed quotas by renting and selling equipment
• Identify customer needs and respond while understanding market conditions and pricing
• Penetrate customers at strategic level to diversify client base across industries
• Support all team members
