Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive revenue and grow the customer base in the Cypress, TX area. You will manage daily territory activities, identify opportunities, and build relationships with clients at various site locations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of outside sales in the industrial or heavy equipment market; strong communication, follow-up, and multitasking skills are essential. Base salary plus commissions offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing/Business fields.
• 3–5 years outside sales experience in industrial/heavy equipment is preferred.
• Strong communication, product and market understanding are required.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management and revenue growth through client visits.
• Develop a networking list of potential clients and contact them by phone and online.
• Plan and organize sales strategies to meet goals.
• Maintain and exceed quotas by renting and selling equipment.
• Identify customer needs and respond to market conditions and pricing.
• Penetrate strategic accounts to diversify the customer base.
• Support all team members.
