MSI is hiring a Sales Representative to drive growth in our hardscape product lines within retailer and dealer networks in the Los Angeles area. This full-time, exempt role offers a base salary with potential commissions and a focus on building relationships, providing product training, and maximizing margins.

The role requires strong math and negotiation skills, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel up to 90%.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with customers in the territory.
• Provide product knowledge and training to store personnel.
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare quotes and finalize sales contracts.
• Travel up to 90% with local and occasional overnight trips.
