Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is expanding its sales team in the Naples, FL area. We seek a driven, coachable individual to join us in introducing health benefit plans to business owners and employees.

Training is provided, along with a mentor to guide you through the sales process and advanced techniques. Responsibilities include canvassing local businesses, scheduling meetings, and building a robust client portfolio while working toward personal and team targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience; relevant sales or athletic background may be considered.
• Candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with <4 years of professional sales/athletic experience will be considered.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess clients' insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships, follow up on referrals, and service existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your personal client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager; record daily activity.
• Drive territory growth through client acquisitions and renewals.
