Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team to hire a driven individual for local territory growth. The role centers on introducing business owners and employees to top-tier health benefit plans, with extensive training and mentoring provided.

While prior sales or leadership experience helps, we seek the best fit for our culture. The position offers a training program, mentorship, and opportunities for travel during occasional sales weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletics background.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand customers' insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships with local owners and re-service existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your client portfolio and aim for monthly/quarterly targets.
