Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is expanding its sales team in Louisiana. The role focuses on introducing business owners and employees to top-tier health benefit plans, with mentorship, training, and hands-on guidance in your assigned territory.

While field visits are primary, occasional travel with colleagues from other regions is possible. You’ll drive client engagement from initial contact to closing, develop a personal client portfolio, and work toward monthly and quarterly targets with support from

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate and manage leads within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.

• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit businesses to build relationships and follow up on referrals.
