Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Louisiana. The role focuses on introducing business owners and employees to top-tier health benefit plans, with training and mentoring provided in your territory.

You'll handle client outreach, meetings, and relationship building, while aiming to exceed targets. Occasional travel weeks to collaborate with colleagues in other regions are available. A driver’s license and insurance license are required or will be supported.

Qualifications

• No prior sales or leadership experience required.
• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• License in Health & Life Insurance or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Use our Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and reservice clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and meet targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and record daily activity.
• Report sales activity to the team manager.
