Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience (sales or related fields).
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain with training and fee reimbursement).
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
