Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Utah is seeking a motivated, entry-level territory-based sales representative to introduce top-tier supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium businesses and their workforce. You'll receive comprehensive training and manage your own schedule while building a growing client portfolio.

You will contact decision-makers, conduct product demonstrations to groups of 50–100, and work with the sales team to set targets.

Qualifications

• Background check required.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; course provided and fee reimbursement available).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
