Roles include in-person visits, one-on-one discussions with decision-makers, and occasional group presentations. Candidates with a drive to grow, strong communication, and a willingness to obtain licensing will thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with sales background
• Experience not required but welcome; strong communication skills and drive to learn

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand client network
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio
• Coordinate with manager to set monthly/quarterly targets
• Plan weekly schedule and report activity daily
