Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level territory-based sales representative to drive adoption of supplemental insurance solutions for SMBs and their workforce. You will receive comprehensive training and have the autonomy to manage your own schedule while reaching out to diverse small and medium-sized businesses across various sectors.

You will engage in one-on-one discussions with decision-makers and deliver product showcases to groups of 50–100+ attendees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided.
• Pre-employment background check required.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and expand your network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
