Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level territory-based sales representative. You will receive comprehensive training to sell top-tier supplemental insurance to business owners and teams, with the autonomy to manage your schedule and territory.

You’ll engage decision-makers, deliver product showcases to groups, and grow a personal client portfolio while meeting targets and advancing professionally.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships, and re-service existing clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your team.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.

Education

Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
