Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a motivated entry-level sales professional to join our outside direct sales team. You will target small and medium-sized businesses across various industries, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services.

You'll train comprehensively, with ongoing support from the team, and opportunities for growth as you develop a client portfolio and hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain (study course provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience required or considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client network.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with local owners and decision-makers.
• Present products to business owners, benefits managers, and employees; sometimes to groups 50–100+.
