Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level outside direct sales professional to target small and medium businesses across various industries. You will meet with owners and decision-makers to promote health, life, and supplemental insurance products.

Training is provided, with ongoing support, a structured schedule, and performance-based growth opportunities. The role emphasizes independence, daily activity tracking, and territory development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and build your client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio and hit monthly targets.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity for reporting.
