Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking an entry-level Territory Sales Representative to drive growth through direct client engagement and tailored insurance solutions. You will receive comprehensive training to reach out to a diverse mix of small and medium businesses, presenting products to decision-makers and groups of 50–100+ attendees.

You'll manage your own schedule, develop a growing client portfolio, and work with a supportive team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience in related field.
• Active Driver's License required.
• Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state or willingness to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs with potential and existing clients.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with local owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
