WS Building Materials is seeking a proactive sales professional in Wisconsin to support daily sales operations and build strong customer relationships. The role requires handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and building product knowledge through ongoing training.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of sales/marketing experience with territory management, 1–2 years in the building materials industry, and a clean driving record.

Qualificações

• 3 years’ experience in sales and/or marketing with an emphasis on territory management.
• 1-2 years working in the building materials industry or a similar industry preferred
• High School Diploma
• Clean driving record for the past 5 years

Responsabilidades

• Support the daily sales operations of a building materials distribution center.
• Work with customers and co-workers to build solid relationships based on trust and competence.
• Able to handle detailed work quickly and correctly.
• Support a fast-paced environment with multiple projects going on simultaneously.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge through training and ongoing learning.
• Follow up all quotes and handle customer service claims in a timely manner.
• Able to understand customers’ individual needs and goals; build long‑term relationships.
• Identify and maintain customer opportunities, develop strategies for closing those opportunities.
• This position has a variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing.
