Wausau Supply Company is seeking a Territory Manager to educate, train, and convert business with our customers and contractors. You will present to clients and builders, aiming to achieve sales and growth targets while maintaining profitable relationships.

The role emphasizes travel across the territory, proactive customer engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience and successful program execution.

Qualifications

• College degree and/or 3-5 years of related sales experience.
• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge; sales reporting software knowledge is a plus.
• Highly developed planning and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a customer base to meet needs and build long-term relationships.
• Increase territory sales by executing personal and company sales initiatives.
• Visit existing customers regularly for relationships and business reviews.
• Coordinate customer programs and provide progress updates to Regional Sales Manager.
• Promote revenue growth by offering solutions and introducing new products.
