Job summary

Wausau Supply Company in Wisconsin is seeking a Territory Manager to educate, train, and convert business with contractors and customers across the region. You will present to customers, achieve sales goals, and maintain profitable relationships while reflecting the company’s commitment to service and integrity.

The role requires visiting customers, expanding product lines, and promoting digital storefront tools.

Qualifications

• College degree and/or 3-5 years related sales experience.
• Proficient presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• General working knowledge of residential construction.
• Strong people skills to build relationships and drive sales.
• Experience with expense and mileage reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a customer base to meet needs and build long-term relationships.
• Increase territory sales through personal and company initiatives.
• Regularly visit existing customers for business reviews.
• Prepare customer programs in your territory and provide progress updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Grow revenue by selling existing product lines and introducing new products.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Promote and drive Storefront/Configurator website usage.
• Conduct dealer presentations and educational meetings.
• Attend sales meetings, events, and customer functions.
• Communicate with the Regional Sales Manager and Siding Specialist to align strategy.
• Complete all sales reports on time using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Warranty, Customer Service, Accounting, and Regional BP for a positive customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety initiatives.
