Job summary

Wausau Supply Company is seeking a Territory Manager to grow sales in the Wisconsin region. You will educate customers, train contractors, and convert opportunities into profitable relationships.

Travel weekly, visit existing customers, and present to stakeholders while collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service and adherence to safety standards. A college degree and 3–5 years of related sales experience are preferred.

• Strong people’s skills to develop and sustain relationships that drive sales.
• Utilize expense and mileage report tools daily.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a customer base to meet needs and identify opportunities for personalized service and long-term relationships.
• Increase territory sales by executing personal and company initiatives.
• Regularly visit existing customers for relationship maintenance and reviews.
• Assist in preparing customer programs and manage each program from start to finish with updates to leadership.
• Increase revenue with existing customers by offering solutions and new products.
• Identify and solicit new business opportunities.
• Promote and help increase website usage (Storefront/Configurator).
• Conduct dealer presentations and educational meetings.
• Attend sales meetings, customer events, contractor events, trade shows, and other assigned events.
• Communicate regularly with Regional Sales Manager and Siding Specialist to align strategies.
• Complete sales reports on time using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Warranty, Customer Service, Accounting, and Regional Business Partner for positive customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety initiatives and observations.
