Job summary

Parksite, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking an experienced Territory Manager in Green Bay, WI, to build and grow customer relationships, identify opportunities, and drive sales initiatives within an assigned territory.

Ideal candidates have construction industry experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong communication, negotiation, and pipeline management skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside sales experience in building materials, construction, or related industry preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a sales territory and exceed quotas.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with customers, vendors, and channel partners.
• Conduct value-driven sales calls within your territory.
• Identify growth opportunities and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Execute strategic sales initiatives to defend and grow market share.
• Meet and exceed annual sales goals, dealer growth objectives, and new product sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing requests, product setups, and fund management.
• Lead merchandising efforts to drive visibility and sales growth of key product lines.
• Collaborate with vendor representatives, dealer OSRs, and cross-functional teams to expand selling opportunities.
• Maintain focus on expanding product offerings and improving product mix.
