Job summary

Wausau Supply Company is seeking a Territory Manager to educate, train, and convert business with customers and contractors. You will travel to various sites, present to clients, and drive sales growth across the territory.

Responsibilities include managing customer programs, building long-term relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience while meeting company goals.

Qualifications

• College Degree
• 3-5 years of related sales experience (preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite knowledge; familiarity with sales reporting software is a plus
• Highly developed planning and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a customer base and build long-term relationships.
• Increase territory sales through personal and company initiatives.
• Regularly visit existing customers for business reviews.
• Prepare customer programs and report progress to Regional Sales Manager.
• Grow revenue by expanding existing product lines and introducing new ones.
• Identify and solicit new business opportunities.
• Promote and drive Storefront/Configurator website usage.
• Conduct dealer presentations and educational meetings.
• Attend sales meetings, events, and contractor gatherings.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for a positive customer experience.
