Job summary

MSI is seeking a sales representative to grow MSI countertop product sales and margins with fabricators and K&B stores within a defined territory. The role requires travel and strong relationship-building across dealers and retailers in the Spokane area.

Responsibilities include training staff, understanding market competition, quoting prices, managing deliveries and terms, and using marketing tools to expand reach. Associates work full-time with standard M-F hours in the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years in channel distribution sales.
• Minimum 2 years in outside B2B sales.
• Strong math skills for discounts, commissions and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers within the territory.
• Provide product knowledge and training to store personnel.
• Position products against competition and manage pricing discussions.
• Manage displays, samples and selling tools for availability.
• Explain retail pricing, promotions and ROI to dealers.
