As a new sales professional, you’ll dive into immersive training, blending online learning with hands-on mentorship in your territory, engaging with business owners to introduce high quality supplemental insurance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience.
• Background in sales, athletics, leadership, or coaching is valued.
• License requirements or willingness to obtain license in resident state.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients in territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals.
• Develop and maintain your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate to set monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
