You will drive your own client portfolio, schedule meetings, and meet monthly targets while enjoying autonomy, work/life balance, and growth opportunities in a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build client portfolio.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses and develop relationships with owners.
• Collaborate with team to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to manager.
• Record daily sales activity and stats.
