Alleviation is expanding its sales team for self-motivated individuals who value autonomy, work/life balance, and growth opportunities. As a new sales professional, you’ll participate in immersive training, blending online learning with hands-on mentorship in your territory.

No prior sales experience is required; we’ll mold the right candidate as you engage with local business owners to offer high quality supplemental insurance solutions.

Qualificações

• No prior sales experience required; training provided.
• Reliable transportation and driver's license.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and licensing fees reimbursed).

Responsabilidades

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client network.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess client insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships with owners and follow up on referrals.
• Grow and manage your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
