No prior sales experience is required; we will mold the right candidate. You will engage local business owners and employees to introduce high-quality supplemental insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided and licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates near completion considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and follow up on leads.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedules; submit weekly plan to manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
