Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is expanding its sales team in the United States, inviting driven individuals to join a training-driven program in their designated territory. You’ll engage with business owners and employees to provide high-quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations.

New hires will receive immersive classroom and field training, work toward aggressive but achievable targets, and enjoy outcome‑driven promotions, with flexible schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years sales/related experience.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Pass high-level pre-employment background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to generate leads and expand your network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build owner relationships, follow up on referrals, and resell to existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Set and pursue monthly and quarterly sales targets with the sales manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager; maintain daily activity updates.
